Michael Petrone, CEO and Founder of Florida-based Real Estate Conversions LLC, is uniquely qualified to successfully orchestrate the complex requirements of real estate conversion projects.

Michael, also CEO and Founder of Florida-based Mantis Appraisal and Build Wealth with Self Storage, has over two decades of real estate appraisal expertise which has earned him a major competitive edge on understanding and recognizing the genuine, true value of real estate opportunities when he finds them for his company and his real estate clients and investors. Michael’s appraisal clients, who clearly recognize Michael’s unique talents and experience, include the Veteran’s Administration (VA), Federal Housing Administration (FHA), Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Citigroup, JP Morgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and many others.

As CEO of Real Estate Conversions LLC, Michael has developed an extensive network of real estate agents and brokers throughout the state of Florida, and beyond, who understand his buying criteria and the exact parameters that match his ideal conversion property.

Michael, who is also a Florida real estate agent and Realtor, speaks the same knowledgeable real estate language of this network which helps generate the significant deal stream of appropriate real estate opportunities that land on his desk.

Michael Petrone is a results-focused real estate professional and motivated leader with a MBA in Finance, CIS & E-Commerce from the prestigious William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration (Simon Business School) at the University of Rochester. In addition, he attended the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and obtained a BS in Business Finance.

With his extensive years of study, plus an all-encompassing 25 year background in commercial and residential real estate wearing many hats: as an investor and owner; acquisition/disposition of real estate properties; self storage investor/owner, flipper/rehabber of single-family homes, Licensed Florida and New York Realtor; Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in New York and Florida; financier; valuation management consultant; property manager; foreclosure expert and banker.

Michael Petrone has the capability and know-how to profitably acquire the right properties for real estate conversions and to successfully convert, repurpose and manage them for genuine wealth preservation and creation.

Michael is married with 4 kids and enjoys wealth-building, real estate, technology, tennis, golf, beach volleyball, travel, aviation, soccer, SCUBA diving and precious time with his family in Florida.
